TRACKED SHIPPING Orders are prepared by selected and contracted suppliers, then shipped with tracked courier service. Where stated on the product page, insurance is included during transit. DELIVERY UPDATES You receive transactional emails when your order is confirmed and when tracking is available. Logged-in customers can also follow status from the account area. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL For online consumer purchases, you may request withdrawal within 14 calendar days from delivery. Returned items must be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging, certificates, tags, and any accessories. EXCEPTIONS Bespoke, engraved, resized, made-to-measure, or otherwise personalised items may be excluded from withdrawal where allowed by applicable law. Legal warranty rights remain available. RETURN COSTS AND REFUNDS Unless otherwise stated or required by law, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
