SCOPE These terms describe the main conditions for purchases on I Love Diamond. They must be completed with company details and reviewed before go-live. PRODUCTS Products are supplied by selected and contracted suppliers. I Love Diamond controls the storefront, checkout, customer communications, and commercial presentation. Products go live only after review. PRICES The public price shown at checkout is the customer price, including the I Love Diamond commercial margin. Supplier acquisition prices are internal and not customer-facing. Taxes and shipping are shown according to the checkout configuration. ORDERS An order is confirmed after checkout and payment authorization. If a product becomes unavailable, support will contact the customer to propose a solution or refund. PAYMENTS Payments are processed through Stripe or the payment provider displayed at checkout. I Love Diamond does not store full card details. SHIPPING Orders are shipped with tracked courier service. Delivery times may vary by supplier, destination, customs checks, and courier conditions. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS For online consumer purchases, withdrawal may be requested within 14 calendar days from delivery, subject to legal exceptions and product condition. Personalised items may be excluded where allowed by law. LEGAL WARRANTY Consumer legal-warranty rights remain available and are not limited by these terms. HOST PARTNERS Mobile totem host partners may receive a contractual royalty or referral fee. This does not increase the customer price.
